*The Hit It!™ P.O.W.E.R. class format is a cardiovascular, resistance and core based interval style conditioning class incorporating moves derived from boxing and MMA training. Done with Specially Designed Boxing Gloves with attached resistance bands. This class is designed to be an intense full body conditioning class which can totally reshape the entire body. Burns Ton of Calories in one session. class on a first come basis limited equipment available! (no reservation required)
BFit Circuit Training Program is a program which provides special fitness equipment designed for kids bodies. Each piece allows for multi-join, closed kinetic chain movements.(Exercises where one body part is in one place while the other body parts move)
