Tuesday:
- 9:15am-10:00am - Small Personal Training Group with Debbie - $10
- 4:30pm-5:30pm - STEP = $5
- 6:15pm -7:00pm ZUMBA-$5
- 7:00pm - 7:45pm ZUMBA -$5
Wednesday:
- 5:30am - 6:15am Adult Boot Camp (ages 18 and up) - $8
- 7:30a-8:00am- Fitness over 50 - all ages welcomed (free)
- 9:00a-10:00am - Boot Camp (10$)
- 10:00a-10:30am - Power Core Abs class - ($)
- 5:00pm - 5:45pm - Cardio Kick Boxing - $5
- 6:30pm- 7:15pm - Move Your Body -$5
